Designation: Interference
Class: Destructive
A creature made of glitches and tv static, that emits a low humming noise much like the sound of static. They have the ability to phase though TVs and electronics, usually corrupting them in the process. The sounds that leave their mouth sound much like radio interference, but every so often a word or two, often louder than the static gibberish, can be picked out. These words often relate to emotions or the environment it's in, but a few times the comments have related to something or someone it has seen, leading to the conclusion that this is the creatures way of communication.
The cluster of eyes of their head are almost like an optical illusion, the swirls constantly moving in a hypnotic pattern. The purpose of these are unknown, but a researcher at the Anomalous Entity Research and Protection Agency, or AERPA, has theorized that it could be a way to hypnotize or stun prey as a hunting tactic. Though it eating at all hasn't been proven or witnessed. What has been witnessed however is it's bioluminescence of the antenna, wings tails, and rainbow patterns. An angler fish esque function has indeed been documented with this ability, which highly fuels the hunting hypothesis
