Tinfoil is something of an intellectual and is all logic and no "fluffy feelings". You'll often find him with his nose in a good non-fiction book about some niche topic that you'd have no idea about, or reminding people that feelings only get in the way of the right way to do things, but some still see his tail twitch in a subconcious reaction, so maybe he's not all that he seems.
