Always trying to look at the bright side of things, Villa is one of the most forgiving people you'll ever meet. He always belives in second chances and strives for improvement and change in all who need someone to be in their corner cheering on recovery, though she struggles to know when it's time to dip out and understand when someone is beyond saving, simply because, in her own words "if that was me, I'd be begging for someone like myself to just listen to my woes".
