Misc.
- Dirt on Tail has been downgraded to uncommon. Previous paid usage of this trait has been compensated.
- The homepage has received a redesign!
- The carousel will cycle through past event art. This will periodically be updated
- The cards have been switched into dropdowns, however, the headers have now become clickable links (i.e., you can now click “Inventory” to navigate to your inventory without having to open the dropdown)
- User profile picture hides on mobile for the sake of space
- Due to a bug, characters in the pound that have Duckie prices attached to them cannot be purchased for Bubbles. This is actively being worked on, but in the meantime, you may ask a staff member to manually deduct your currency and transfer the character you wish to purchase. Apologies for the inconvenience!
- The Birthday Present has been updated! It now opens into 250 Duckies, an award, and a choice box with a choice between six rarer items from both Soapuppies and Dirtkitties.
- The Spring Soapuppy raffle has been won by Max!

Trix: Relax, we come in peace! You see, us Dirtkitties know way more about sweets and treats than those boring old Soapuppies. And guess wha time of year it is? That’s right – Easter! Sweets and treats galore! So, we’ll be taking things over once again. It'll be a blast!!
Guess the Egg
A game off Guess the Egg took place yesterday, April 19th! All used and revealed designs can be seen below.
DTE/DTA
slug and levi have created a DTE and DTA respectively! For the DTE, each drawing is a raffle entry, and for the DTA, it is a contest, scored based on creativity! Artists of any skill level are welcome to join either. The designs can be found below, and more information can be seen on the dedicated sales post! These will close on May 20th. The designs can be seen below.
Guess the Number
A favorite game will finally make its return, Guess the Number! To play, simply guess up to three numbers. If one number is corresponding to a prize, you’ll win it! Prizes include items and designs created by our guest artists.

Egg Hunt
A scavenger hunt is taking place on our site! Collect the clues from each egg you find to find more! All eggs open into Duckies, plus a raffle ticket for the corresponding mystery design! If you do not wish to enter, you may sell it for just the Duckies instead.
Eggs can be found anywhere on the site! This includes, but is not limited to:
- Characters on the masterlist
- Including notes tabs, descriptions, and profiles
- Dropdown menus and page footers
- Encyclopedia entires
- Tabs and sub-pages
Check everywhere you could suspect thoroughly, even scrolling through pages! No questions are related to story or lore.
Please note you cannot ask the staff for additional hints! We may be willing to give some in the general chat of our Discord server, but we will not take formal requests for them. Members may give vague extra hints, but cannot point others to specific areas or give out answers. Start your hunt here!
Note for artists: Please avoid revealing your final designs or saying which are yours until they are formally revealed! (Their masterlist entries will be unhidden and they will be posted in the Discord server when this happens, and you will be free to share after that point)

Hello everyone! Our Easter event will start on April 20th. To kick things off, we have a game of guess the egg featuring our team's designs! This will occur tomorrow, April 19th.
The rules are the same as our previous design guessing games, in which you will be guessing the attributes of a mystery design based on a preview item (in this case, eggs), and all the correct guessers will be thrown into a list of people to randomly draw the winner of said design from. Some of the eggs being used for this game can be seen below.
The openings will go as follows, but may be somewhat off as these are hosted manually:
9:00 - 9:30 AM PST
11:00 - 11:30 AM PST
1:00 - 1:30 PM PST
3:00 - 3:30 PM PST
5:00 - 5:30 PM PST

First of all, we’re happy to report that all our friends at Soapuppies have been found safe and sound, and returned back to where they rightfully belong. However…
Dirtkitties:
A new user-creatable species has been added – Dirtkitties! (get it?)
Dirtkitties are a species of cat made up of ‘dirt’ and gummy. Their tails take the shape of different gummy animals. Check out their traits and anatomy guide!
Dirtkitties will exist alongside Soapuppies, and Soapuppies are not affected by this addition in any regards. They will use all of the same systems and rules as Soapuppies, only with their own species!
Duckie Raffle:
Raffle tickets for this design are available in Sudsy’s Shop for 25 Duckies each! The raffle will end and be rolled on May 1st.
Misc.:
- Changes are made to the pound, from now, characters that have been in the pound for at least two months will gain an additional sale value of 850 Duckies. This will be checked on the 1st and 15th of each month, around every two weeks.
- Dirtkitty items now have a shop on the shop index and World dropdown!
- Some items for some rarities and gimmicks aren’t available quite yet, but they will be added soon!
- The Monthly MYO item has been adjusted. It can be used for either species, but users must select one when creating the MYO. All pre-opened MYOs should now be adjusted to account for this.
- New stock has been added to the Bubble Shop!
- New stock has been added to the Theme Shop!
- A species guide page is now available on the Quick Links dropdown! This will cover information on both Soapuppies and Dirtkitties.
- Traits have been edited. When creating MYOs, you will now need to select the traits corresponding to your species. (e.g., Inorganic Parts now has two variants, Inorganic Parts [SP] and Inorganic Parts [DK]. If you are creating a Soapuppy MYO, you will need to specifically select Inorgnaic Parts [SP].)
- For Soapuppies, Basic Soap Bits and Shaped Soap Bits have been merged into one Uncommon trait, Soap Bits
- Dailies have been updated. The wheel, though temporarily unavailable, will soon adjusted to have some higher prizes, at the exchange of now only being available once a week. In place of it, a new Daily, the Daily check-in, has been put into place. This is due to issues we’ve had with managing the wheel. Apologies for the change!
- A new prompt is available to complete once a month, Bonus Bubbles.
- The FTO bundle has been updated. It now allows for either the choice of Dirtkitty or Soapuppy items. Both still give 50 Bubbles.
Upcoming:
- Our Easter event will begin on April 20th, with a special game on April 19th!
- More balancing to art redemption rates and shop prices will likely happen soon.

Valentine's Day [Part 2 - End]

February 14th - April 7th
It's a long trudge to Sudsy's house, but with you and Milo's combined efforts, you're able to carry all of the packages with ease. Still, it's not easy in the cold, and when you finally reach her doorstep, you can barely feel your paws!
Milo looks over at her mailbox. "Erm... I don't think any of this will fit in there. Let's just knock, shall we?" he bleets before tapping at the door with his hoof. You can hear a quick pittering of pawsteps as someone runs to the door and flings it open! Out bursts the one and only Sudsy!
"Hi Milo!!!!!!" she yaps, wagging her tail, "you have Valentines for me, right? Right??"
"Sure do!" Milo replies, before beginning to take some of the boxes out of the cart.
Sudsy's eyes light up as she grabs a box. "OOOO let me see!! What's in this one?"
She tears into the box with her teeth excitedly and opens it. She blinks at the contents, face falling a little bit. "Ah!" she says. "Chocolate."
She shakes herself. "Well! Let's see what's in the next one then!"
Chocolate. Chocolate. Chocolate chocolate and more chocolate.
"AUUGHH!!!!" Sudsy groans, before flopping onto the floor, defeated. "Not again!! This happens every year! I'm a dog! Dogs cant eat chocolate!!
Milo winces, and you frown sympathetically at the disheartened dog splayed out onto the floor. You suggest that perhaps Sudsy could do something else with all this chocolate instead of eating it.
Sudsy looks at you for a moment in thought before her face lights up. "YOU!!! You're right!" She scrambles for all of the chocolate pieces, pushing them together and forming them into a huge chocolate mountain while she giggles with delight. "If we melt a bunch of the chocolate together, then let it cool, we'll have a big blocks of chocolate! And we can make chocolate sculptures out of them!! Wanna help?"
You seem to be doing a lot of volunteer work today, but hey, you don't have much better to be doing. Let's get sculpting!

The Valentines event prompt will also remain open till April 7th! Create a "valentine" featuring your or someone else's Soapuppy! The award for this prompt will be Duckies, along with a few Mystery Envelopes, which give random prizes, even ones that could be very valuable! You can complete this prompt as many times as you want.New pets:

Valentine's Day! [Part 1]

February 14th - April 7th
It’s difficult to make out what exactly the Soapuppy is doing, but suddenly you see them stop and fall to the ground, not moving. After deliberating for a second, you decide to run outside to go see if they’re okay.
You brace yourself before stepping out into the cold winds and trudging through the snow towards the shape in the distance, and as you grow closer you can see that the Soapuppy is slumped over next to a huge cart full of packages! The Soapuppy looks up at you as you walk up and ask if he’s okay.
“Oh! (huff) yes, I’m quite alright! Just taking a rest. I’m Milo, the mailman around here, so I deliver packages.” He glances up at the cart he’s pulling with a grimace. “Usually I just deliver packages by flight, but this load is just too heavy, and I need to get them to their recipient by the end of today! I don’t know how I’m going to magage it!.”
You take a glance at the packages. All of them are wrapped in gaudy paper, and as you look closer, you can see they’re all addressed to…. Sudsy!?
Milo looks up at you nervously. “Hey, um… I know this might be a lot to ask, sorry, but would you be able to help me carry a few of them? It’s so cold out here, and if I keep going at this rate, I think my wings might freeze over!”
Well… you’d rather really not hang out in this weather for much longer, but these packages were for Sudsy.... maybe you’d be able to get her autograph? You nod to Milo, and his face lights up. “Oh, thank you, thank you! Could you grab these ones right here? Sudsy’s house isn’t too far!”
Happy Valentine's day, everyone! We have a small event ongoing for the next few weeks. A second part with more special things will be coming soon, but for now, enjoy this!

Misc.:
- Art for some collections has been updated. Give your site a hard refresh if you can’t see them! These will continue to be updated as time goes on.

- Writing rates have been adjusted due to an error. Writing rates are now inline with our intended rates, and are eligible now for bonuses.
Site registrations and affiliate requests have re-opened for now, though we are only testing the waters currently and may continue our shut-down to find a new solution if our issue with bots persists. If you notice anything, please feel free to report it to us! Otherwise, enjoy!More bots have been reported, so unfortunately, we will have to close them again for a bit longer. Apologies!- Because of open registrations, the FTO bundle has been bumped up to now costing 50 Duckies. This is a price we believe is easily accessible for new users, as we still want to provide an easy entry into our species, but will help to avoid any potential instances of multi-accounting exploitation as we will no longer be able to easily track all new registrations. We greatly apologize if this inconviences anyone!

- Breedings will be opening again this month on the 20th, with a special sale for Valentine’s day. If you share the breeding with someone else, the price will be discounted to 30$ for two babies, or 15$ per owner!
- Purchasing a breeding this month will also allow you to add an (optional) free add-on that gives your babies a chance at passing down rarer traits the parents may not have!
